The recipe I used was:
2 C whole wheat flour
1 C oat flour
1/2 t yeast
1 t salt
1 1/2 C water
I let the dough rise longer than the recipe said...and not much was happening. I called Judy for advice and she assured me to keep going. I did and my bread turned out great! Richard (my husband) thought it could have used some honey or sweetener of some sort, and I agreed. I can't wait to try some new variations and I'm thrilled to be part of the Bread Baker's Blog. I took photos, but cannot figure out how to post them.
