Baking Bread in the Cooling Kiln
Yesterday, I baked bread in the kiln as it passed through 500 degrees F on its down from 2300 the night before. I love doing this.
BreadPots will be at the Bread Fair
Next Saturday, July 30, Skowhegan Maine
